1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Email us at support@snugsty.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to ship your item back to us.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive your returned item.

5. Refund Policy

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email support@snugsty.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
